Our Commitment To You

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, TARC was primarily using standard PCs. However, as the pandemic intensified and remote work became a necessity, TARC’s existing IT infrastructure, which included 10ZiG PCoIP Zero Clients (V1200 Models), faced challenges adapting to the new demands. The sudden reliance on Zoom and other video conferencing tools highlighted the limitations of their current setup.

Users suddenly needed to work remotely due to the pandemic.
The existing 10ZiG PCoIP Zero Clients were not optimized for Zoom and other communication tools.
Reliable service was essential to assist with login failures and more.
